This California Consumer Privacy Notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors and users who are residents of the State of California ("consumer" or "you"). Ulist Pty Ltd T/A Uleads Digital ("we", "us", "our") adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), and other California privacy laws. Terms defined by the CCPA have the same meaning when used here.

Personal information does not include publicly available information, de-identified or aggregate consumer information, or information excluded from the CCPA's scope.

How We Collect Personal Information

We obtain the personal information listed above from the following sources:

  • Indirectly from you — from observing your actions on our website via automatic data collection technologies
  • From third parties — from affiliates and other third parties that send us leads

How We Use Your Information

Your California Privacy Rights

(1) Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collecting it, the categories we have disclosed or sold, and the categories of third parties we share it with.

(2) Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of some or all personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, detecting security incidents, complying with a legal obligation).

(3) Right to Correct

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

(4) Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. To opt out, email us at privacy@homeclerk.com or use the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link on our website. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

(5) Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes reasonably necessary to provide our services.

(6) Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights.

Exercising Your Rights

To submit a verifiable consumer request, email privacy@homeclerk.com . Your request must provide sufficient information to reasonably verify your identity (name, email address, and other information we may already have on file) and describe your request in sufficient detail.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorise to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

We will confirm receipt within 15 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Authorised Agent

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request. The agent must provide written permission from you and verify their own identity. A power of attorney is an acceptable form of authorisation.

Changes to This Notice

We reserve the right to amend this notice at our discretion and at any time. We will notify you of changes through a notice on our Privacy Policy page. This notice will be updated at least once every 12 months.
